Composition Heatmap

This module includes two types of heatmaps, which are PPM and PWM, respectively. PPM tails the occurence probability of each amino acid at each position, darker red means the amino acid is more likely to appear in this position. PWM A PWM is the PPM converted into log-likelihood, where each position's log-likelihood is corrected for the mean frequency of amino acid in proteome. (See more in Help)
